FAQs

I have decided that I would like to join one of your courses, what should I do next?
Please contact me to check availability and go over anything you would like to discuss first. I will then follow up with your place confirmation and pre-course forms. If you are currently having Physiotherapy or Osteotherapy treatment or have been referred by your GP/specialist, I would like to see a note of approval from your therapist to confirm that you have been approved to start attending Pilates at that point in your treatment.

Are your courses suitable for beginners?
Yes, courses are mixed ability and the exercises are well structured and layered so that everyone can work at their own pace. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that will allow you to build strength and enhance your posture, mobility and flexibility at a pace that is right for you, on any given day.

What should I wear and bring to your Pilates course?
Comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, such as a t-shirt, leggings or tracksuit trousers.

Please bring your own Pilates mat along if you have one, otherwise I can provide you with a mat for the course.

I provide all small equipment required for use throughout the course.

Ideally, please bring a bottle of water along to each session, especially if you are pregnant.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hour's notice if you need to cancel your private session, otherwise the full amount will be charged. I understand, with the spontaneity of life, that this is not always possible but it would be much appreciated.
